2. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern access to and use of EditorImagen and its online image editing tools. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

3. Description of the service

EditorImagen offers free tools, with no sign-up required, to compress, resize, crop, convert, edit and protect images. Processing takes place in the user’s browser: images are not uploaded to our servers or stored.

4. User obligations

You agree to use the service lawfully, diligently and in good faith. In particular, you agree to:

• Use only images for which you hold the necessary rights or permissions.
• Not use the tools to create or spread unlawful or defamatory content, content that violates the privacy, honour or image rights of others, or content that infringes intellectual or industrial property rights.
• Not attempt to damage, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site’s systems, or use automated means for mass use of the service.
• Review the result before publishing it, especially when using the tools to hide personal data.

5. Intellectual property

The design, code, texts, logos and the EditorImagen brand belong to La Clave Ganadora S.L. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without authorisation is prohibited. The images you process remain yours: La Clave Ganadora S.L. acquires no rights over them or over the results you obtain.

6. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind regarding uninterrupted operation, absence of errors or fitness of the results for a particular purpose. Some features, such as background removal, upscaling or face pixelation, are automatic or semi-automatic and may not deliver a perfect result; in particular, they do not by themselves guarantee the complete anonymisation of an image.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, La Clave Ganadora S.L. shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, loss of data or files, or the use the user makes of the resulting images. We recommend always keeping a copy of your original images.

7. Links and advertising

The site may include links to third-party sites and display advertising managed by third parties. La Clave Ganadora S.L. does not control and is not responsible for the content, products or policies of those sites.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service in whole or in part, and update these terms, at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page.

9. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Alicante (Spain), unless consumer protection law provides for a different forum, in which case the courts of the consumer’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
